Choosing Right Size Adhesive Bra & Applying It Perfectly

How to Choose the Correct Gatherall Bra Size

Gatherall offers adhesive bras in five cup sizes: A, B, C, D, and DD. Each corresponds to most standard bra sizes up to around a 34DD band size.  Match your usual bra size to the Gatherall sizing chart (pictured below).

For example, if you're 32C or 34C, pick Size C; if you're 36B or 38A, Size B is ideal.

Sizing is based on volume, typical of a 34 band. Users with smaller bands and larger cups may need to sister-size up to maintain volume

Please note that Gatherall cups are not meant to cover underboob. They offer lift and shaping rather than full coverage

How to Apply Gatherall’s Backless Bra

Follow the steps below or use our Gather Guide for visuals!

Prepare Your Skin

Thoroughly cleanse and dry your breasts and ensure your skin is completely dry before application. Make sure there is no lotion, oils, or sweat on your skin.

Prepare the Bra Cups

Remove the protective plastic film from the adhesive side and put it aside in the storage tube (you’ll need it later). Make sure the cup letter is upright so the adhesive shape fits properly against your breast

Position the Cups

Place the round nipple cover on the bra where your nipple sits to ensures alignment and comfort. Press from the outer edge inward, gently smoothing the adhesive and collecting breast tissue slightly inward and upward for lift. Adjust placement if needed.

Adjust & Finish

If you want more cleavage, press the nipple area toward the thicker, inner edge of the cup. Once both sides feel secure, you're ready to top with your outfit.

Removing & Storing

To remove, gently peel off each cup from the outer edge inward. Reapply the plastic protective film and roll each cup back into the storage tube to preserve adhesive and cleanliness.
